Research in Developmental Disabilities, v23 n3 p191-201 May-Jun 2002
A study investigated parental perceptions (n=351) of eight physical and human resources available to meet the needs of children with developmental disabilities in Kenya. Most parents reported a match between expected use and importance in five areas: health, friends, religious affiliation, community acceptance, and having one's own home. (Contains references.)
