Narrative approaches to teaching multicultural counseling can assist students in integrating course content with a sense of self. Narrative teaching strategies follow a postmodern view of learning--that is, that truth is constructed through the interaction of participants. Justification for narrative approaches to teaching, multicultural counseling and narrative are introduced. (Author)
