Interpreting Student Ratings: Consultation, Instructional Modification, and Attitude towards Course Evaluation.
Fresko, Barbara; Nasser, Fadia
Studies in Educational Evaluation, v27 n4 p291-305 2001
Studied the reactions of instructors to voluntary peer consultation regarding feedback from students using a sample of 89 teacher education instructors in Israel. Findings show which teachers are most likely to seek voluntary consultation, and overall satisfaction with the peer consultation process. However, a few meetings with a peer consultant was not enough to promote and maintain instructional improvement. (SLD)
