Journal of American College Health, v50 n5 p203-17 Mar 2002
Surveyed students at colleges that had participated in college alcohol surveys between 1993-99 to examine trends in binge drinking, related problems, and prevention efforts. Binge drinking rates remained constant, with shifts in drinking behavior among subgroups. Immoderate drinking and harm among drinkers increased. More students lived in substance-free housing and encountered college educational efforts and sanctions resulting from alcohol use. (SM)
