The purpose of this study was to determine how a sample of Caucasian American fathers (N=126) of 10- to 14-year-olds saw their strengths and weaknesses as parents and how their children saw their fathers' parenting. Perceptions from both generations were gathered to serve as a basis for recommendations for a parent education curriculum. (JDM)
