Eight occupational therapy (OT) students and eight occupational therapy assistant (OTA) students worked together in field experiences. Content analysis of their journals revealed that they learned about each other's professional role and understood the relevance to future client care. Some resistance arose in both groups because OT students were asked to supervise OTA students. (Contains 23 references.) (SK)
