Examines the impact of contextual factors on teachers' roles and teachers' roles in contributing to the effective use of computer-aided instruction in Singapore's secondary schools. A path modeling approach was adopted whereby factors during different stages of the teaching and learning are examined before the final outcome, the student's learning effectiveness.
