Explored whether the old categories of "traditional" and "nontraditional" students needed to be reconceptualized at an urban university in order to better meet student needs and target communications. Surveyed students at the University of Toledo and found that the proposed community-oriented versus campus-oriented segmentation was more accurate. (EV)
