This study investigated differences in use of and satisfaction with career counseling services as a function of sex, race, and age based on a nationally representative sample of college graduates of different ages, gender, and ethnicity (N=10, 080). Results showed significant race and age differences in use of career counseling services and gender differences in satisfaction with services. (Contains 29 references and 3 tables.) (Author)
