Chan, Carol K. K.
Instructional Science, v29 n6 p443-79 Nov 2001
This study investigated the effects of peer collaboration and discourse patterns on conceptual change in the context of high school students learning from incompatible scientific information. Findings suggest that peer effects may vary depending on collaborative interactions and that students need help to engage in productive discourse. (Contains 58 references.) (Author/LRW)
