Compares reading levels and attitudes of first- and second-graders in two reading programs: Success for All and Four Blocks. Finds first-graders in Four Blocks had significantly higher reading levels and attitudes scores than first-graders in Success for All, but finds no significant difference between the programs for second-grade students.
