Data from the Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study for 1,309 European American, 191 African American, 137 Hispanic American, and 40 Asian/Pacific Islander American college students, ages 18-23 and 24+, revealed no differences in career goals or job search strategies by age. Significant differences among ethnic groups were found in career preparation activities and career goals. (Contains 28 references.) (SK)
