Examined variables predicting the self-efficacy and job-seeking activities of 103 unemployed youth from diverse cultural backgrounds. Reveals two major predictors of job seeking: (1) the extent to which the youth felt accepted by the dominant culture and (2) the difference between the dominant culture and cultural background. (CMK)
