Zhou, Jing; Oldham, Greg R.
Journal of Creative Behavior, v35 n3 p151-67 3rd Qtr 2001
This study examined the independent and joint effects of expected developmental assessment strategies (self-administered, other-administered, and no assessment) and creative personality on the creative performance of 68 college students who performed a role playing task in a laboratory setting. The highest creative performances were exhibited when individuals expected a self-administered assessment and had a creative personality. (Contains references.) (Author/DB)
