Blecic, Deborah D.; Fiscella, Joan B.; Wiberley, Stephen E., Jr.
College & Research Libraries, v62 n5 p434-53 Sep 2001

Identifies aspects of data collection librarians need to pay special attention to, recommends that vendors report the maximum number of simultaneous users per day and data gaps in addition to International Coalition of Library Consortia elements, and suggests per capita use as a comparative measure among libraries.
