E-Learning and the Financial Aid Administrator: Why Understanding 34 CFR Isn't Enough.
Goldstein, Michael
Student Aid Transcript, v12 n3 p40-43 Spr 2001
Discusses how in addition to federal regulations, student financial aid officers must understand state regulations concerning distance and Internet learning.
