The National Grid for Learning: A Case Study of New Labour Education Policy-Making.
Selwyn, Neil; Fitz, John
Journal of Education Policy, v16 n2 p127-47 Mar-Apr 2001

An initial study reveals that the NGFL does not represent a radical shift toward business-dominated educational policy-making, but reflects New Labour's "healthy pragmatism" toward policy borrowing.
