A Closer Look at the Minority Achievement Gap.
D'Amico, Joseph J.
ERS Spectrum, v19 n2 p4-10 Spr 2001

However, school leaders can influence certain educational causes and correlates (like teacher qualifications and expectations). Programs must be individualized, and narrowing the achievement gap should become a national priority. (Contains 82 references.) (MLH)
