Compares clinical judgment on case conceptualization and treatment planning tasks among psychologists, mental health counselors, and social workers using Clinical Treatment Planning Simulations depicting anxiety and affective disorders. Orientation and work setting did not significantly influence judgment; experience exerted a modest curvilinear effect.
