Teachers and Computers: Are Teachers up to Speed?

A survey of 91 secondary trade and industrial teachers found that, although many schools are wired, teachers have not been adequately trained to use the equipment. Although 79% felt hands-on experience resulted in the best learning, most inservice training allowed for little hands-on time. (JOW)
