Notes supervisors' personal problems, their help seeking for those problems, and their perceptions of managers' support. Examines managers' attitudes about helping and supporting troubled supervisors, their awareness of supervisors' personal problems, their level of training in helping troubled supervisors, and their intervention behaviors.
