Congruency between Student Interns and Worksite Supervisors Regarding Critical Elements of an Internship Experience.

Comparison was made of 39 student interns' and 30 worksite supervisors' identification of the importance of 15 academic elements and 9 worksite elements to all interns and to their own recent internship experiences. Different rankings of general and particular elements among students, among employers, and between the groups can help identify critical elements of internship programs. (JOW)
