Assessing Self- and Peer-Assessment: The Students' Views.

Surveyed university students who had just experienced self- and peer-feedback in one of their courses. Findings indicated that students felt that they benefited from the exercise; views revealed eight general dimensions, including "gained better understanding of marking"; "developed empathy"; and "productive."
