Investigates the multidimensional relationship between middle school counselors and English as a second language (ESL) Latino students and the role ESL faculty play in this relational equation. Results reveal that ESL staff and school counselors are not engaged in conversations with the purpose of benefiting Hispanic/Latino ESL students.
