Examines how administrators, teachers, and students in two high schools that were part of the Leadership for Diversity project acted as leaders and change agents, demonstrating proactive approaches that resulted in more positive human relationships and increased harmony among diverse students. The study demonstrates the capacity of all three groups to lead efforts to promote cultural pluralism. (SM)
