Reviews the status of community colleges in the male-dominated Industrial Age and the Information Age, and discusses opportunities for female leaders. Proposes that women leaders in community colleges should make drastic changes in organization, leadership, and management styles, instructional delivery, use of technology, and student services to make community colleges more effective institutions.
