Prospective Teachers' Attitudes toward Bullying and Victimization.

Examines the effects of contextual and individual factors on attitudes toward bullying among prospective teachers. Results reveal a significant main effect of the contextual factors on which acts were labeled as bullying; the perceived seriousness of bullying; and the likelihood of intervention. Analysis reveals type of aggression, witnessing the interaction, empathy, masculinity, and femininity predicted intolerant attitudes toward bullying. (Contains 34 references and 3 tables.)
