Surveys public school administrators regarding their perceptions of needs of various school personnel, including school counselors. Unlike previous studies, results did not distinguish between counselors at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Findings indicate that administrators perceive a slight shortage of school counselors at all three levels for the coming year. (Contains 22 references.) (GCP)
