Dealing with Angry Students: A Qualitative Study with Implications for School Counselors.

Study investigates the viability of using metaphorical exploration to help teachers and school counselors understand and deal with angry students. Participants explored their personal beliefs and feelings about anger and how these might influence their students. Results reveal that participants recognized incongruities between their beliefs and actions, and used these discover new strategies for intervention. (Contains 66 references.) (GCP)
