Examined the experiences and attitudes of ethnic minority and white students at one university with very little ethnic diversity. Researchers analyzed student interview data according to severity, frequency, complexity, and context of marginalization. Minority students reported greater dissatisfaction with the university's curricula and diversity and more experiences of severe university-based marginalization than did white students. (SM)
