The Accreditation of Work Experience: Whose Interests Are Being Served?
Gibbs, Paul Thomas; Morris, Anne Felicity
Learning Organization, v8 n2 p82-88 2001

Work-based learning needs to be viewed beyond the narrow skills and competencies approach, recognizing and valuing practical judgment in job performance. (SK)
