Contextual and Individual Factors and the Use of Influencing Tactics in Adult Education Program Planning.
Hendricks, Susan M.
Adult Education Quarterly, v51 n3 p219-35 May 2001

The latter prevailed in consensual situations. Conflict was the most promising predictor of differential use of influencing tactics. (Contains 24 references.) (SK)
