Citing current cross-generational dynamics, this article forecasts sunny conditions for career services practitioners. Offers the following advice for dealing with college students: don't cross their parents; feel free to issue demanding assignments; be prepared to serve the Millennial's thirst for experience, but don't be deluded by it; and anticipate confident effective communicators.
