Describes how the Personal Academic Cycle for Excellence (PACE) pilot program helped 19 students navigate existing campus academic support services in keeping with their individual needs. Between fall 1999 and spring 2000, students' use of services increased by 128%, and those with low grade point averages improved significantly. (PGS)
