"National Collegiate Athletic Association v. Smith": Must the NCAA Play by the Rules?
Ruiz, Isaac
Journal of College and University Law, v26 n1 p119-37 Sum 1999

A close look at the decision shows that it preserves the possibility of Title IX litigation against the NCAA. (SLD)
