Becoming a University Teacher: Evidence from Teaching Portfolios (How Academics Learn To Teach).
McLean, Monica; Bullard, Joanna E.
Teacher Development, v4 n1 p79-101 2000

The study made a case for analyzing portfolios by asking whether teachers held student-centered conceptions of teaching and were reflective practitioners. (SM)
