High School Students' Understanding of Radiation and the Environment: Can Museums Play a Role?

Teaching units were developed by the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology for visiting students. Using these units as an evaluation instrument, students' written responses were analyzed to gain insight into student understanding and attitudes toward radiation issues and to explore whether the exhibition may successfully convey scientific information.
