Uses Nike as an example to explore the impact of corporate writing (in annual reports, press releases, advertisements, web pages, sponsored research, and consultant reports). Shows how the intertextual web of "Nike Writing," as it legitimates industry-wide labor and ecological practices has significant, negative consequences for academic scholarship and writing.
