Using an Academic Self-Efficacy Scale To Address University Major Persistence.

Examines if an academic self-efficacy scale detects the influence of efficacy on university major persistence. Findings reveal that students' academic self-efficacy beliefs remain consistent for general courses, physical education courses, and milestones, suggesting that although students might possess differing levels of efficacy for differing academic issues, their efficacy beliefs in general will be uniform.
