Clinical Problem Solving in Micro-Case Management: Computer-Assisted Instruction for Information-Gathering Strategies in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Peterson, David B.
Rehabilitation Counseling Bulletin, v43 n2 p84-96 Win 2000
An updated and expanded version of Berven and Scofield's (1980) computer simulation of a clinical scenario in rehabilitation counseling was administered to 65 graduate students in rehabilitation counseling and 30 rehabilitation counselors. Results show four different problem-solving approaches. Implications for further research in the use of computer simulations in rehabilitation counseling education are discussed. (Author/MKA)
