A method for capturing and applying team learning in an organization involves four steps: (1) individual learning review through reflection and learning logs; (2) learning review by organizational function; and (3) whole-team learning review; and (4) communication of learning. The process should be inclusive, support individual learners, and allow divergent thinking. (SK)
