Important Administrative Tasks Resulting from Understanding Bilingual Program Designs.
Valverde, Leonard A.; Armendariz, Gloria J.
Bilingual Research Journal, v23 n1 p1-10 Win 1999

Input from bilingual teachers indicates that building administrators must develop and communicate a clear vision of program expectations to teachers, parents, and district administrators.
