First-year students (n=183), parents (n=138), and faculty (n=62) at Marywood University (Pennsylvania) completed a survey on the importance of six categories of educational goals. Students and parents differed significantly on all categories except career development; Students and faculty differed significantly on goals in five categories; and parents and faculty differed on goals in two categories.
