A workshop to assist Trinidad and Tobago home economics teachers in developing a rationale for computers in their classrooms stressed access to knowledge, global communication, and the need for critical thinking. Evaluation by 55 participants indicated they gained insights into the capabilities of computers; 73% wanted more hands-on workshop activities. (JOW)
