The Radio in the Language Classroom.
Sakia, Suzelina M.
Forum, v35 n2 Apr-Jun 1997
Radio can be used very effectively in the English-as-Foreign-Language classroom. One advantage of using radio is that it allows for authentic language practice. Programs can be prerecorded, and the same audiotape can be reused. Radio programs provide currency to lessons and allow for natural initiation of students into "real world English." (Author/VWL)
