Novice to Expert: An Exploration of How Professionals Learn.
Daley, Barbara J.
Adult Education Quarterly, v49 n4 p133-47 Sum 1999

Experts use constructivist processes of active concept integration and self-initiated strategies. Experts identified systemic issues affecting learning; novices focus on individual issues. (SK)
