Sources of Leadership for Inclusive Education: Creating Schools for All Children.

Examined inclusive leadership in three New Jersey schools, using Heller and Firestone's leadership-function theory. Data sources included interviews with school personnel and parents and observations of inclusion meetings. All functions were performed by multiple individuals in different roles.
