Shared Perceptions: How Interns and Their Cooperating Teachers View Concerns Facing Interns.
Hamilton, Ann C.; Riley, John F.
Action in Teacher Education, v21 n1 p97-107 Spr 1999
Compared cooperating teachers' and student teachers' perceptions of student teacher concerns. Measures of instructional, classroom-management, discipline, and attitudinal concerns obtained before and after the internship indicated that before the internship, both groups shared many instructional and disciplinary concerns. After the internship, there was only one shared concern. Many concerns remained for cooperating teachers but not for interns. (SM)
