Examines effects of self-administered videotape intervention designed to improve students' homework quality, promote parental involvement and support for children's homework efforts, in an attempt to enhance communication between parents and schools. Results support intervention that was well received by parents and students. Programs offer low-cost techniques to inform families and coordinate home/school efforts. (Author/JDM)
