Summarizes findings from a quantitative and qualitative longitudinal study examining the twelve-year evolution of a district-wide Discipline-Based Art Education (DBAE) program. Chronicles changes during the period, identifying factors that influenced particular developments and relating them to aspects of DBAE theory.
